All prices quoted and charged are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
EFT payments must be made prior to delivery or cash payment can be accepted on delivery.

If there is any damage to skip bins during the hire period, the customer will be charged the cost of repair or replacement of the skip bin.
PHD Skip Hire reserve the right to cancel or postpone any hire in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery & Collection
Any changes to delivery, collection or cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior. Failure to give sufficient notice will incur a fee.
Prices include kerb side delivery and collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient space for the skip bin to be offloaded, stored and collected.
If the customer would like the skip bin to be positioned in a specific location, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that PHD Skip Hire is aware of this prior to delivery and that the location is clearly marked at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any required council permits are in place prior to delivery.
Skip bins must remain in the location they are placed on delivery. If skip bins are damaged by an attempt to move them to another location, the customer will be charged the cost of repair or replacement of the skip bin. If bins are moved to a location that is not easily accessible for our truck, the customer will be liable for the costs of any other machinery and labour required to collect the skip bin.
PHD Skip Hire will not be liable for any damage to land or property that may occur during delivery or collection.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PHD Skip Hire of the type of waste to be placed in the skip bin at the time of booking. When the skip bin is collected, if it contains other waste types to what was originally disclosed, additional fees may be incurred.
